The market call tool is so easy to use, it makes scheduling jobs a breeze! In addition to being super user friendly for me personally because I am not that tech savvy. My job title with my employer allows me to perform job postings for our customers through the system but does not allow posting on their end (we are only an agent). Their customer service department will not work with us at times either. If you want a simple tool that can be used as much or little as needed this program has everything we need and nothing we don't. All departments have had great success using this product. The best part about Market Call is all of the support they give out regarding issues users may run into during usage (such as scheduling errors from time to time which is resolved within minutes.) As long as everyone involved in a particular project/department uses one login account for themselves, then no problems occur. This gives us freedom to do what needs doing without having access via different logins each day throughout the day. The best thing about marketcall is the ability to get a lot of information in a short period of time. I like the fact that it is a free service and that you can use it for your business. The only thing I dislike about marketcall is that you cannot use it for your personal use. I use marketcall to get information about the market and to find new clients. I also use it to keep up with my competitors. Marketcall has been a great tool to help me with my business.
