I recently bought a new TV and soundbar and I love how they look on my wall and I wanted my smartphone to look the same. I ordered this speaker because I liked how it looked in the photos and I was hoping it would look and work the way I envisioned it. That's something and then some! It really looks like a mini soundbar with a stand to place your phone on top of the speaker. It didn't take long to set up although mine wasn't charged on arrival so I had to wait to charge the rod before testing it. Although it is very easy to set up and get started, they could make an improvement by including a small instruction booklet with the speaker as this will help people who are not very good at setting up a bluetooth connection. The speaker can be used with a smartphone via Bluetooth or an optional wired connection, or you can insert a memory card into the back of the speaker and listen from the memory card. You can also use this with your phone for hands-free calling. The sound quality is excellent, looks like a very expensive speaker. I am very happy with it and would buy it again in the future for gifts.
