Great antenna for the price. First, let me tell you how I made this product even better. I bought an extra CB mount and enlarged the hole to 5/8 inch. I then took a 5" bolt and put it into the enlarged hole on the bracket. You will also need two (2) nuts for the bolt, 1 for the top of the bracket and 1 for the bottom. I then installed my new bracket on a pole at the rear of the cabin.This created a short distance to the cockpit to allow full access for trouble free reception of the satellite signal.I have made several of these brackets for friends and they all love them.The total material cost for the CB bracket , bolt and 2 nuts was less than $15 I wish I could post a photo of my modified bracket someday.
