After just one use, I’m sold! This thing is actually fun and if it really is helping me lose weight…well, even better. It definitely helps to improve my circulation. When I’m on this vibrating plate, I feel parts of my legs that I didn’t even know I could feel. It’s as if it is waking them up. My legs feel like rubber when I first get done on this thing, but great throughout the rest of the day. My husband somehow loves this exercise machine even more than I do. He has bad knees (from previous ACL tears and countless surgeries) and says that it feels great on his legs. I would have thought that the opposite would be true, but he says it really feels good on his knees. And the man’s got like no cartilage left, so that’s saying something. This thing is pretty fun and actually makes me look forward to exercising every day. I know it probably isn’t doing that much, but it’s better than nothing and that’s what I was doing before. I’m going to continue using it for the circulation benefits alone. This is a fantastic low impact exercise machine! Definitely worth the price too, very well made. Great idea for lazy people like me who need to start slow or do the bare minimum when it comes to exercising everyday. It’s better to do something like this than nothing at all. I highly recommend giving this form of exercise a try!
