The fit of the engine mounts is very good, although the left and right mounts are not stamped as factory. The brackets were placed one at a time, first on the passenger side, then on the driver's side. You'll need to swing the smoke pump out of the way and remove the oil filter from the driver's side. Install the fasteners firmly but slightly loosely to the block, then lower the fasteners into the holes in the K-beam. These brackets have alignment tabs that prevent you from installing the bracket on the wrong side of the engine. They were installed on a 1986 Mercury Capri 5.0 with factory block and K-Element.
