I bought two rechargeable USB humidifiers, one for myself and one as a gift for a friend. Both stopped working properly after the first use. Won't hold a charge even if charged for more than the recommended 2 hours. Not valid for 12 hour use in Intermittent Spray mode. I've been woken up several times in the middle of the night because I either wasn't spraying or the battery indicator was flashing. Customer service is at least prompt. They offered and sent a replacement but the problem was the same with the replacement. If only they could isolate and fix charging/battery issues otherwise this would be a fantastic little humidifier.
