Don't expect miracles in this price range. It works, even on big heads it doesn't hurt to wear it, although they're not particularly comfortable for the ones I've tried. The sound quality won't make people scold you on a VoIP app. So it's definitely in the "good enough" category, but it feels very cheap/ flimsy. But you get what you paid for. Is it enough to throw a laptop case in the bag to use away from home, and is it cheap enough not to kill your soul if lost or broken? But at this price point, you're not looking for gear that will last you for years. It definitely falls into the cheap, functional, and practically disposable category.
