Pros: - Heated seat is really great - Seems good for doing laundry - Easy to use - Easy to install if you have a free GFCI outlet though Hose included is short. Not very good: - Water level and air pressure regulators hardly differ (no noticeable difference in air pressure). Even on the lowest setting, the water pressure in the cleaning is almost painfully high. The pressure setting works in "Auto” mode. The drying function seems pretty useless. Even after two cycles, expect to still be using the TP. - Does not remember the pressure settings, so every time he starts at level 3 (from 5), and you have to reduce it to 1 (see the first minus on the subject of overpressure). Overall I'm a bit disappointed but had high expectations based on the Revain reviews. I like this concept, but this one leaves a lot to be desired. UPDATE 11/03/2016: We've had it for about 8 months now. The seat now has an ugly discoloration (see photo). During this time the seat heaters have always been on the lowest setting of the 3 so if it's partly caused by heat stress I think it could have been a lot worse. Starts to look ugly. You cannot simply install a new universal seat because it is an integral part of the seat heating. We'll probably find out how good this 3 year guarantee is soon and I'll let you know. They said they would send a replacement. UPDATE 11/12/2016: The seat replacement arrived so I can vouch for the customer service. They only replaced the heated seat and not the entire unit, which is fine, but I had to sign a waiver that I would be responsible for home repairs. They might have accepted me if I sent it back to them for repair but I insisted they send me the part as I didn't want to be left without a working toilet so I never considered that option.
