I've been using the Nactua D15 (fan on) for a while. I liked the look of this new Cooler Master MA624 CPU cooler. I connected it to the fans that connect to the cooler and then connected the fans to my motherboard's fan header. This way I could check the fan noise and speed without mounting it. At the lowest speed (approx. 800-850 rpm) I heard a kind of rattling on both fans. After removing the front fan, I found that the noise was coming from the center of the engine. Then I ran them at high speeds (1300 rpm) and they were very noisy. Compared to the fans of the Nactua D15 cooler, the Nactua fans are almost silent at a low 800 rpm and do not rattle. At higher speeds (1200-1300) they're still loud but not as "bangy" as the Cooler Master fans. Based on the fan noise at low and high speeds I think the D15 is a better cooler/fan combo than the MA624. D15 keeps the CPU temperature below 82°C. Since the Cooler Master fans were louder, I decided against the lengthy assembly process.
