Used for excise duty. I had a little trouble initially when I tried to pull and the little button wouldn't pop out. At first I thought there wasn't. But I tried again, holding one hand over the metal ring and one hand under the metal ring, pulled tight and the little button popped out. I'm 64 so my heavy deadlift won't break sticks. So don't overdo it.
