I often do my makeup in the car and it's perfect! As if I had used my makeup mirror! Great bang for your buck! The only thing that doesn't stand out is when your visor practically touches the windshield, or even more than straight up and down, the mirror tends to open up a bit and not stay close. A simple velcro solution, but I'll mention it anyway.
