Review on Mercer Culinary M13785 Damascus 8 Inch by Michelle Ramanath

I work in a large eat-in kitchen and just received it today. It has retained its advantage over a 12 hour day and can do so much more without refining it. Now it doesn't look like real damascus anymore, more like stainless steel, but it's still beautiful to look at and as sharp as it gets, with a comfortable, slightly rounded spine, a rounded, tapered edge, and a comfortable half roll for the Handle.
