I just fitted this screen protector to my daughter's iPad mini 2, so my rating is based solely on the following criteria: 1) Product packaging: 5 stars (Product arrives very well protected in a a sturdy box to keep the second screen safe) 2) Product Accessories: 4 Stars (The product includes dust stickers, wet wipes and dry wipes for each screen; it doesn't have real cloth and squeegee like some other brands would have nice) 3) Ease of use: 4 stars (the product only has one retention sticker on the screen, unlike other brands that have two; also, the sticker is on the *wrong* end of the product; it should be below where the circle needs to be centered over the circle key because it needs to be accurate; this made drawing more difficult than it should have been - although I did used it al dust sticker as second guide sticker) 4) how forgiving it is for you to re-apply it if you find you applied it askew: 5 stars (due to the above issue I had to re-apply the screen 4 or 5 times attach only last time there was a tiny bubble that I couldn't smooth out - impressive; but if the app stickers were placed correctly, that wouldn't be necessary at all) 5) Product design: 3 stars (the product is cut so precisely for the round button at the bottom of the iPad that a) the installation is laborious and b) the coating can be felt at the push of a button ; a slightly larger hole would be better; However, the screen protector covers almost the entire screen, which is very nice) 6:) Guarantee: 5 stars (lifetime guarantee!) I have good experience with screen coatings. I'm the person that family members come to - iPhones, Androids, iPads. I believe that a person's satisfaction greatly depends on how the product is applied. This is by far the most forgiving product I have come across.
