Pros: - Very light, comfortable children's shoe, the sole is not so thick that you constantly trip and fall. They are flexible and light and give them good ground feel. Nice appearance and acceptable quality Cons: These shoes should be very wide, but they have the width of a normal medium-wide or even a little narrow shoe. I bought them because my son has chubby feet. We live overseas and can't find XW size shoes so I paid all over the country for the shoes plus international shipping (nearly $50 total). I am very disappointed as he will not wear them as he says they are uncomfortable. Of course not, they are too narrow! - The velcro straps supposedly meant for these XW sneakers are so short that they only close halfway, otherwise they would be even tighter than they are now. International return to send them back so I kept them but my advice is not to buy them if your child has big feet.
