I have a firm conviction that I was deceived by selling a Chinese fake! When turned on, the router refused to listen to its standard IP (19220228.88.1). WiFi didn't work. Our acquaintance began with a reset. Three times! And only after the third reset, he came to life. Let's start setting up. I changed the IPs to 19220228.1.1/24, set the WiFi password. And here is the first disappointment: the router does not see the Huawei E3372s 4G modem in HiLink mode, because RouterOS does not have drivers. At the office The forum is recommended to ate the firmware and put the drivers on the link. I downloaded the drivers, uploaded the archive to the router, connected via SSH, and then . I realized how much RouterOS is neutered as a system. It doesn't have any archiver (not even tar), not even the banal 'cd' command. Well, I was able to unpack the archive by connecting to the router via FTP, but it was not possible to launch the driver installer. And then suddenly it began to reboot every 15 minutes! It looks like a jamb of a fresh firmware version, I had to roll back. Suddenly, the password for WiFi stopped coming up! I reconfigured WiFi 3 times, and all 3 times, after a couple of hours, not a single client could connect to it! After another couple of hours, the device began to fall off its IP, while the reboot did not help, only a complete reset (which still did not always work)! The Internet distributes my RaspberryPi (into which a 4G modem is plugged) to my eth0 with a static IP. There have never been any problems in conjunction with TPLink. But not with MikroTik! At first, he did not perceive Raspberry for a long time, refused to connect to it, or even hung. With grief in half, they established a common language, but the connection was terrible! Most of the packages disappeared into oblivion, sites loaded terribly slowly. Well, the final chord was that the power of the WiFi transmitter was at the level of TPLink's, with difficulty penetrating wooden walls! I'm shocked! If this is a real MikroTik, then I don’t understand how a good half of the Internet can admire it! Tomorrow I'll take it back to the store and try to forget it.
