I bought this set before my shoulder surgery in anticipation of the torturous nights when I sleep upright. It serves its purpose well and, as the title suggests, is very versatile. The product was delivered quickly, after opening the package it quickly took shape. No smell at all. I took 1/2 star off the rating because the elastic strap on the pillow is too tight for your head so the pillow can only move down and I wish the main back pillow had a little more resilience. In addition, this is a great set and offers many options, with all pillows included.
