I have a Lenovo Thinkpad P1 Gen 2 with Windows 10 and I bought a 4TB G drive with Thunderbolt 3 it says in the ad that it can be easily reformatted in Windows. It's not easy to reformat. The drive does not appear as a drive on the computer. The G-Technology website says this is a common problem and has instructions on how to fix it. I logged in as an administrator and followed the instructions, but the drive still doesn't show up in Disk Management. I was trying to submit a case on the G-Technology website and an unexpected error occurred while submitting the form.
