Does very simple things very well

This product is exactly what you need, it could be better but it works perfectly. I bought this product because my drain is often clogged with lint. I would only start the washing machine if I was at home, but with this device I can easily start it when I'm not at home. It works great and even if the puddle dries up the car shuts down and the alarm works so you can fix it when you arrive. It's also easy to reset the device with the circuit breaker if you can't easily reach the plug (there are no buttons on the device, just turn it on and make sure the sensor is dry). My only complaint is that the water sensor is very wide. It takes up a lot of space, and it seems to me that this is not necessary. It barely fits on the floor in my small laundry room. Also, the unit is quite large and my washing machine pulls right to the outlet, so I had to use a 1ft mini extension cord to get it out of the way (although that's an easy fix). Note: In the video I use a ton of water and pour it over it, it's not really necessary as it detects a smaller puddle seeping off the side. There is a delay of approximately 1 second from the moment water touches all three sensors until the power is turned off. I think the delay is meant to reduce false alarms.
