Chips in stones are good for healing and relaxation

The chopstick and the smallest egg have been chipped into the stone. Given the intended use of this product, this is totally unacceptable and unsafe to use. It does not appear to have been damaged in transit as it was foam wrapped and placed in a tight fitting box leading me to believe this is a quality control issue.
