You cook on them good for me
They are ok. They are cooking sheets. They work. Seem to be decent quality,The silicone handles are pretty useless. You still need to use a pot holder or oven mitt to pick up the hot cooking sheet. The silicone doesn't stay magically cool in the oven.But they are decent cooking sheets.
Pros
- Easy clean up. Does not stain, just bought some for my Mom.
Cons
- The pans might not be as durable as a steel or cast-iron pan
