I have ordered Westinghouse Lighting 7741500 52" Oak/Walnut Replacement Fan Blades, pack of 5, and Westinghouse Lighting 77407 Replacement Fan Blades, Aged Brass. One brand for both. 15 minutes to take the old ones off, assemble and install on a 30 year old fan. The arms and blades are perfectly aligned across all 3 holes on all 5 blades. Screws and washers were supplied with brass. Neither of them had bolts to connect them to the engine case, so keep the old ones.
