For those who have problems with cup inserts that are too high, which can easily be fixed by removing the stitching. There is a seam on the inside that is only there to hold the panel up, a few inches above the main band that runs across the chest. I used a seam ripper to straighten that seam and now the cups are lower and in the perfect spot. I'm attaching pictures but not sure how easy it is to see as my lining is black.
