Sturdy but closing mech a problem

This is a good quality sturdy box, but the closing mechanism is difficult and doesn't want to engage the lock in order to close it. I have to jiggle it around while trying to turn it to close and finally get it to engage. Not sure if they are all this way or if I just got a faulty one. The numbers are clear and easy to line up, so that part works well. Nice not to have to bother with yet another key.

The locking box is a cost-effective way to protect your assets without having to invest in a more expensive safe

The combination lock may require too much precision to operate correctly
