Review on Sizzix 663575 Accessory Release Multicolour by Heather Shaw

Not quite as shown, could be improved

TLDR: If you're making a tiny sticker album and aren't worried about it being double-sided, I'm sure this will work really well, but you don't have a full 4x6 surface to work with. If you're going to use stampings again, the top half inch is basically useless. Firstly, I didn't buy them for their intended purpose, but wanted to see if they would work for small sticker albums. I bought them knowing they might not be suitable for this purpose, but my experiment may be helpful to those who asked about it above. In fact, they are not that transparent. This is a far cry from the translucency of parchment and more like regular thick copy paper in terms of opacity. This is not listed, but the release is NOT two-way. Although you can still use the pages for a sticker book, remember that one page is regular textured paper. I'm not sure why this is because the paper is still slippery on the other side and can still move if not properly secured over the die cut area. It doesn't have much more grip than the exhaust side, but maybe it's good enough for that; I haven't actually tested the part. I just think it would be better if they actually wrote in the listing that it's not reversible. Another thing not noted in the listing is the fact that the paper comes in a stapled booklet. The image in the listing shows free floating leaves, but they are not packaged as such. at one end of the paper they are stapled with LARGER staples quite far down the page, which I found odd because they are also bound with glue at the top and not perforated at all. When the staples are removed, they leave LARGE holes (pictured) almost half an inch down the page, freeing up a pretty good chunk of work space. If you ripped them out of the bag instead of removing the staples you would have ripped off two pieces about a half inch wide and I can't imagine that's the best cover for a die cut. This also means that the promised 4x6 is actually closer to 4x5.5 inches. All in all, the paper output is excellent. I'm not worried at all about the stickers getting stuck. Unless you're looking for something double-sided, paper really works great for peeling off stickers. Even stamps and weaker paper stickers did not cause any problems in my attempt. I think that means it's great for punching.

Use these for my thinlit dies and then attach the cutout to my cards without using glue
