I bought these shoes from Dick's Sporting Goods and loved them so much I wanted another pair so I ordered them here. They are thick so there is some cushioning when you run and the materials keep friction low. I had very severe blisters on my heels from my new boots. I've tried different products: the mole skin didn't work for me and the blister bandages were good, but they're all disposable so they're expensive. Using bandages and these socks helped my heels heal so I could keep playing. And in the long run, these socks helped prevent blisters until the end of my cleat break. In fact, I get blisters again when I go back to wearing regular (mostly cotton) socks. Eventually I plan to buy a third pair.
