helped heal my blisters and stopped them coming back

I bought these shoes from Dick's Sporting Goods and loved them so much I wanted another pair so I ordered them here. They are thick so there is some cushioning when you run and the materials keep friction low. I had very severe blisters on my heels from my new boots. I've tried different products: the mole skin didn't work for me and the blister bandages were good, but they're all disposable so they're expensive. Using bandages and these socks helped my heels heal so I could keep playing. Andโ€ฆ

Can Thorlo Soft Running Socks be improved?

These are my favorite socks for softness, comfort and feel, especially after many washes. However, the main issue I have with these socks is that the top of the sock wears down and eventually loses all of its elasticity causing the sock to slip down to the ankles. Below is a photo of a worn sock that I will soon be throwing away. The wear and tear gets worse over time and at some point I stopped buying these socks. I've tried half a dozen or more brands of socks, none of which I liked as muchโ€ฆ

Size too large, stretch upper not as comfortable as before

In the past I have rated my soft Thorlos socks as the most comfortable I have ever owned. When I ordered them I expected them to be the same size as the ones I had previously bought. Not this case. I understand that some have complained that the upper of crew socks like mine has worn down: but not before wearing them for a very long time, an acceptable compromise for comfort; it was the not too high height of the socks and the lack of a constraining elastic at the top, avoiding the pressureโ€ฆ

Too big, elastic top not as comfortable as before

In the past I've found my soft Thorlos socks to be the most comfortable socks I've ever owned. When I ordered them I expected them to be the same size as the ones I had previously bought. Quality drops off quickly and some plus sizes (8.5-12) for men are small enough for small children to carry. Shame on Thorlos.

Do not buy Thorlo from Revain. I buy one pair at a time to study the size of each pair before ordering more. The other pairs were normal size, but this pair (white with blue heels) is very small. I am a 9ft female and this pair of mens plus size 8.5 to 12 is as tiny as doll socks. Apparently they use Asian sizing or just drop smaller socks on Revain because they know it's difficult to return an item online. These socks are too small for my feet.
