I print additional images for drawing and it works fine! I also use printer paper as refill paper and it works great!

My 8 year old loves it! She will circle different drawings of horses and then pass the coloring pages to her 4-year-old sister! It's easy: place the drawing you want to trace on the trackpad, then place a piece of paper on top, turn on the light and trace! I only use computer paper, it works fine. I also print out the drawings from the computer so she can trace many more variations.
