I'm 6ft 0" and 155-160lbs. I usually wear a 32 inch waist. I ordered medium and they fit perfectly. They are not baggy like some others I was looking for. The length is just above the knee which is nice and the fabric stretches well. (I trained in it today and everything looked fine, but it was a bit warm. But I was expecting it.) The back pocket is perfect, but the front zip pockets are a bit small. They fit my phone but my hands wish they were deeper. The price is right and I will probably buy more of these. 4 stars because of the pockets.
