Effective repair of old clocks.
I have not rated the "Transparency" of this item as I have no idea what that means! We have a street clock that looks great but no longer works. I was going to buy a new one but it is no longer for sale so I only used this item to replace the movement and it works perfectly and accurately. The only problem is making sure that the minute, hour, and second hands don't interfere with each other. This is easy to do by bending them slightly apart,
