Review on ⚙ Minka-Aire F562-ORB Supra 32 Inch Pull Chain Ceiling Fan: Elegant Oil Rubbed Bronze Finish for Stylish Homes by Amy Johnson

I needed a larger fan to replace due to a floor to ceiling cabinet that was interfering with the original fan blades. This is the third small diameter fan I've bought as a replacement. The first two were cheaper (half the price) but both were terribly noisy - totally unsuitable for a child's room. Minka was the first to be quiet. Usually the noise figure depends on the design of the motor, damn it compared to what I call "washing machine" motors. Pancale engines have a characteristic hum that gets louder the cheaper they are made. Both of these earlier fans were pancake style and could be heard two floors down in the basement. Minka is silent, only the sound of the air flow can be heard. The reason for only 4 stars is that it has a slight wobble that I have yet to balance.
