I find these to be very strong, airtight, high quality second fermentation kombucha bottles. My first batch came out FULLY bubbly/bubbly, almost to the brim! I actually have to tame the amount of bubbles I get by drinking it faster and chilling it after two days of second fermentation! The result is also very sparkling when chilled! I also live in a very sunny and warm environment where it's easier to ferment kombucha in less time which helps! I find it good to do a second fermentation in partial sun and in a warm environment to get a sparkling beer and then put it in the fridge after 2-3 days ... then it's good to drink and always still very sparkling! I have found that heat helps with the secondary fermentation along with using fruit, some dried fruit and some honey in combination. It's easy to get over the top! I love these bottles and find them perfect for my purpose!
