Review on 🎧 Sennheiser XSW 2-835-A Pro Audio System (Black) by Charity Holloway

I really appreciate the industrial design of 2nd generation systems. I chose a buttonhole to complement my DJ gear. I used my XSW1 with a portable mic on a mic stand and an XS2 Lav on the groom during the wedding ceremony, I ran the lav at 0dB gain and got a hot signal into my mixer. He sounded great and was able to drop the highs a bit, turn on the mixer and pick up the bride during her vows. It has excellent omnidirectional pickup circuitry. I wasn't able to take full advantage of the included rack mount because the screw pattern on the new rack and joinery is not compatible with 1st gen systems. I will redo the metal parts to make sure everything fits properly. I really wish they had offered a free mic windscreen, not that I needed it, but I need to find one now for future outdoor use.
