🎧 Sennheiser XSW 2-835-A Pro Audio System (Black) Review

This solved the problem of capturing audio from a frequent speaker with a tendency towards animated gestures and head turns. The mic easily picked up clear, professional audio with 180-degree head rotations and movements, and in the absence of clothing or background noise. Highly recommended.

This mic uses Wi-Fi frequencies so it may be muted if conditions aren't ideal. I had to send it in for repair twice and ended up replacing it with an older Sennheiser model. The thing is really only suitable for language in a small non-critical environment. Not for professional use.

I'm a part-time church sound engineer. I've always loved Sennheiser gear and this product is no exception. Works and sounds great. Use it for both solo and mic. There are no complaints about the performance. The microphone was slightly larger in hand, so it may be uncomfortable for a child to hold. But I will get more in the future.

I'm a DJ and presenter I bought it in November but I made the mistake of not testing it in the big hall I only have it in my garage with a small one QSC tested K8 speaker but at that moment it sounded ok, very good clean and clear sound but I tried to use it last Saturday 07/03/2020. I really appreciate the industrial design of 2nd generation systems. I chose a buttonhole to complement my DJ gear. I used my XSW1 with a portable mic on a mic stand and an XS2 Lav on the groom during the wedding ceremony, I ran the lav at 0dB gain and got a hot signal into my mixer.
