Terrible. What's the use of using/buying a filter if there is mold at the bottom of the spout (the point after water filtration)?!? I have used different sized brushes, soaked them overnight and tried to clean them with a silicone tip but NOTHING got to it. Why would they design a groove in a spout that can't be reached?!? Unfortunately, I took over both the bottle and the filter multipack, so I don't have to pay for either. It also makes drinking from a bottle unnecessarily difficult. I often feel like my front teeth hurt after drinking this stuff all day.
