Great unit. Would buy another.

I live using this shit fryer. I use it all the time. The reason for the mostly 4 rating. The telling costing us really cheap but using Pam spray works great. Not quite to fried taste but close. And easier to clean than the oven. I'll wear this one out I'm sure.
