Review on 🗑️ Brother Genuine WT223CL Waste Toner Box: High-Yield, Seamless Integration for 50,000 Pages by Kai Steinbach

Not registered as a new WT box. I was chatting with brother on her website and the poor lady just got me to do the same thing I had already done. I printed less than 1000 pages and was told I'll need a new box soon. They should be enough for 50,000 pages, but I decided it was better to be safe than sorry. A new one was inserted and the message never went away. I cleaned the contacts on the WT box as well as the contacts inside the machine with 99.9% isopropyl alcohol on a cotton swab and turned the machine off four times (I don't have an on/off switch other than the power button). and let it sit for a few seconds to try to restart itself and still got the same message. The Brother customer service rep assured me that I could "keep going" and that "it didn't need to be replaced until it showed full and you reached 50,000 prints". ". Why I got a message a little less than 1000 times the first time I don't understand, but why I still have the same message is ridiculous. This is not the fault of the support team, it's the brother's problem .
