These are NOT official 3M command strips, they are fake. Removing the cover from the tape is almost impossible and when you remove it it starts to tear and stretch the part you remove from the wall after you are done with something. I tried to tape a set to each corner of a fairly light frame and almost doubled because I couldn't get the cover off and pulled out the adhesive part which I knew wouldn't hold the item to the wall would. I expect them to fall off the wall given the reviews which I should have read before buying.
