Removing the cover from the tape is almost impossible and when you remove it it starts to tear and stretch the part you remove from the wall after you are done with something. I ordered this twice. The first order worked fine, the second order didn't hold up. The easily framed poster weighs about 1 lb, not even close to the 8 lbs that 2 pairs of these strips are supposed to hold. crashed on my floor. This product is a good idea that fails terribly and is a huge disappointment. Sure, sometimes it works, but other times it just ruins everything you care about enough to show off. Too much gambling, I'm not rich enough to rely on this product.

I ordered these to complete a gallery wall I was working on. They were a lot bigger than the ones I bought at the store so I cut them in half so I could fit two 5x7 frames in one! Update: February 2018 A little over a year has passed. Just last week one (above left) of the eight pieces of tape that was attached to the DOOR fell off and the weight of the mirror knocked the entire mirror over. He lost his stickiness. I was amazed at how difficult it was to get the liners off the adhesive and how badly they came off - they removed a lot of the adhesive too! Do not buy this from Revain. Go to your local store, Target, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes etc and just buy them there. The package I received had streaks that kept disappearing. When I pulled on the backing paper to expose the adhesive on the strip, the adhesive material came loose along with the backing paper.
