I have a 16.5"-21.5" harness for got my 22-35 lb husky pitt mix and i love it! At 22lbs she had plenty of room to grow but now that she is approaching 35 we are nearing the end but I think she should be good at 40-45lbs before we have to scale up. Really great fit but as she got taller it got a little bigger in her armpits but doesn't seem to bother her at all. there were some problems with it. It's enough for her to look out the window and if I lengthened it a little more she could stand up, but it's perfect for her to move a little without clinging to it. The downside is that my seat belt indicator doesn't turn off when I buckle up, but that's more of a car issue.
