I had a need for a lot of these tabs to organize a music library. I started with a bunch of "recycled" tabs of various makes, so I knew what properties I wanted. These are great. They are sturdy, yet flexible enough to stick into the files. They open enough to insert a label and some "bumps" are built in to keep the label from slipping. I would have preferred that the tabs be pointed for easy insertion. These are slightly rounded, but they still insert fairly easily. I'm not using the included paper inserts. It's much easier and does a neater job to print a batch on a sheet of heavy paper and use a paper cutter to separate them.
