This underwear is made of dense, soft fabric with a comfortable elastic band. My son especially likes the dinosaur patterns. The labels on the back can be annoying for some kids, but they can be cut out neatly. The size chart is confusing so I went the smallest size, 3-5T, for my little 6 year old. He's really tiny, only 30 pounds, and that size is just a little big for him. After washing in the washer and dryer, the belt measures 8.5 inches in diameter. As you can see from the photos in the Revain listing, the belt is smaller than the rest of the underwear.
