Review on πŸš— allsun Car Memory Data Saver - Power Supply Cable with OBD II Memory Saver Connector and Two Alligator Clips by Scott Welch

Revainrating 1 out of 5

I do not recommend this.

Cigarette lighter adapter not working. When I took it apart one of the wires wasn't even connected and the wire was cut. I can solder, but why buy something that needs repairing, it should work from the start. The 12 volt plug will work, of course you will need a 12 volt source to use it, meaning another battery pack or portable charger will also work. It saved my radio and clock settings. I bought it primarily to save time by not running the car's drive cycle after removing the negative terminal from its strut during car maintenance. That it works. Crocodile clips bent after opening once. I got what I paid for I think. I do not recommend this.

Pros
  • β‘’ : Automatic battery saving mode, emergency power interface with extra long 2 meter cable. This allows you to change your car battery and also get an alternative 12V power source from another car if you don't have a jump starter at hand.
Cons
  • Nothing
