The Wahl Hot Cold Shiitsu Massager is perfect for busy people who experience pain from their daily routine. This massager has so many advantages that make it a near perfect product. The movement of the massager is kneading/tapping. The spacing of the rollers is ideal for moving the body part into the cracks and gaps between muscles for a deeper massage. It's one button plug and play. Turn on the button and you use it. No complicated dials, settings, etc. Has a 20 minute sleep timer if you fall asleep with it (and you will). Lightweight and compact design so you can easily hold/place it on different body parts. Convenient velcro on the back to keep it in place. I tied it to the seat of a chair and placed my foot on it to soothe my aching calves. The strap held it in place while I moved my foot over the movement rollers to get the full calf. I also managed to attach it to the back of my inversion table and it stayed put when used horizontally or vertically. Comes with hot and cold compresses for extra relief. Was able to feel both through the fabric of the product without getting too uncomfortably hot or cold. It was great to use on my commute as it took a few minutes in the morning to warm up the gel pack and use it on a cold morning. Pop the gel packs in the freezer at work and ride in cool comfort on the way home. Extra long 9ft cord so I can use it on furniture without a cord or at work where it easily reaches an outlet under my desk.
