Review on 🔌 EVGA PowerLink: The Ultimate Solution for NVIDIA Founders Edition and EVGA GeForce RTX 20 Series GPUs by Joseph Quade

I bought this because I got the new EVGA Geforce RTX 2080 Super XC for Christmas and the power cables were blocking the nifty RGB on the side. Unfortunately, while it improves the look of my build, its bulkiness means it STILL blocks view somewhat. Even sitting down, I can only see the bottom half of the RGB text under Powerlink. However DEFINITELY an overall improvement so no regrets. To be honest I haven't even read enough to realize that this should be a power advantage. I thought it was just a cosmetic cable accessory. Even if it seems real. The year I had my computer, it made a noise that I mistook for the whistle of the power supply coil. All fans work great, temps are ok, performance is ok, just had this intermittent noise and it got louder and more frequent after I installed this more demanding graphics card. Well, I just realized I didn't hear it at all after installing EVGA Powerlink this morning. If that were indeed the case (I hope that's not a coincidence), Powerlink would cost three times as much simply by reducing the noise factor. While I definitely know how to use a computer, I also fiddle with my computer EXTREMELY, mostly due to chronic pain and mobility issues. Setting up the EVGA Powerlink was EXTREMELY easy, the only difficulty (if you can call it that) was handling the ridiculously small screws. EVGA was kind enough to provide the extras even though I didn't need them. When they get into Powerlink, you can easily shake them out. Just don't drop it on the floor or you'll never find it. For the price this is a wonderful product for keeping your computer tidy and it also serves a functional purpose. Provided it matches your graphics card, it's a great addition to your computer.
