We recently joined the Peloton family that uses the Look Delta pedal system. I'm an avid road cyclist using SPD-SL cleats so I've decided to buy a new pair of shoes and therefore it's very difficult to change these cleats when I want to ride indoors instead of outdoors. Pro Bike Tool is a brand I know and trust and these cleats are some of the most affordable Look Delta cleats on the market. Considering I ride them indoors I would expect each boot to be strong enough. They fit into any shoe that can accept a 3-hole cleat and are best used as a beginner's cleat due to the 9 degree float - your shoe has plenty of room to move when strapped on. It's good for the rest of my family who are new to cycling and clipping in general. They feel very comfortable, we don't care too much about the fit, they are very easy to put on and take off etc. So for that basic (beginner) level I highly recommend these boots. I'm used to being clean and swimming a lot less. , and I'm very uncomfortable in it, especially when I'm out of the saddle during a workout. I get a clear with a much smaller float. My understanding is that delta spikes come in 0, 4.5 and 9 degree floats. I'll probably do 4.5 degrees. But don't let this product fool you - the float is part of the design of these spikes and for beginners this is just a great buy. . If the float conversion is too confusing or too technical then these are ABSOLUTELY the spikes for you. Delta 9 degree lift peaks are always RED. So if you buy another brand but want that buoyancy tip make sure you buy red.
