Review on 🌬️ Lasko 1820 18″ Elegance & Performance Adjustable Pedestal Fan, White with Oscillating Movement and Tilt-back Fan Head, 2.3 by Shannon Myers

After using this fan for several days I had to downgrade to 3 stars. The reason is that even though I screwed the knob as tight as I could, the fan loses height as it oscillates. This is totally unacceptable. Also, the motor has a certain annoying hum and is a lot louder than the one I bought a few years ago. Now I am neutral towards this fan. It's a shame that Lasko couldn't keep up with the quality of this product. I liked the Lasko 18" fan so much that I bought another one for my second home. The original is very quiet at low frequencies. This one is a little louder and the motor hums a bit. The front grille is a little easier to attach to this model Overall good value for money I also recommend a stationary fan rather than a ceiling fan as I find it circulates the air better.
