Now I understand why the other one had to be replaced!

Now I understand why the previous one had to be replaced in the house we just bought. It was broken because the lids don't lift all the way to open the outlet. If you finally force the connectors on, the covers will shatter as they were both on the one I just replaced. Not only is access to the screw for the fuse blocked by covers that are not fully transparent, making installation a nightmare!
