I was a little skeptical the claims made about this inflator. But I'm really glad I got it. "Lightning Air Chuck" was what worried me the most. Many inflators have their own version of the chuck that supposedly locks in place and prevents air from escaping, but this one actually worked for me. I just put the cartridge firmly on the barrel and that's it. I don't have to fiddle with it or try to take it off and put it back on to get the right seal. I just put it on and it's good. The air doesn't come out until I inflate/deflate the air and it's just as easy to remove. I like it because I can put it on and take it off with one hand. On the others I have, I sit down to use both hands to make sure I'm effectively removing the inflator so I don't over-inflate when I'm done, or over-inflate some to compensate for what I have lose . The digital display is easy to read and backlit for easy viewing day or night. There is very little waiting for the meter to stop on a reading, so I can quickly make adjustments to get what I want. I figured I wouldn't care to be able to measure in readings of 0.1 versus 0.5, but after using it I think it takes away that extra little guesswork. I chose the original model over the 2.0 because there is a separate bleed button on the original. The 2.0 is probably a little easier to use with one hand, but I like having separate triggers for pumping and filling, so I'm happy to have a choice between the models. I also like the look of the braided hose. It comes with batteries so I can use it right away, as well as a quick connector and tape to seal the threads. The price is more than I was willing to pay for this tool, but if it continues to work as well as it has for me, it's worth it because it's a lot easier to use and more accurate than the cheap ones.
