Review on 🚿 Bronze Expandable Over-The-Shower Caddy by Zenna Home: Organize Your Shower Space Efficiently by Debbie Rossi

Terrible quality, design issues

The suction cups were packaged in such a way that they were permanently bent and therefore totally unusable. I could get other suction cups but that won't solve the other problems. The device itself is of terrible quality - uneven welds, it looks like they will soon fall apart. It definitely looks like it's going to rust (despite claims of "rust free" - now I see reviews pointing to rust issues). "Anti-slip collar" is not non-slip. The descent began immediately. I've been fiddling with it and it just won't stay. The bottom center hook doesn't move, so it's always in the way of the hand hose. When you put the hose in this hook, it's very difficult to pull out, so you can't easily use the hand shower! But worst of all, the "expandable" part has a very bad design. The wire basket shelves can basically slide out to the side to make room for the handheld shower hose (or slide in the middle), but there's no way to keep them in place! They just move around, jingle and make noises, shake bottles, all of which cause unstable, annoying pain. If it came with 10 USED suction cups maybe I could hold all the baskets in place well enough to be usable.
