This is the best shower I've ever had. It has a rubber insert on the part that hangs on the shower head holder to prevent scratching and to help it stay in place. I am very happy with this shower enclosure. When I moved to a new location, my previous one didn't fit due to the hand held shower and dangling hose. That works great. I like that the individual holders are adjustable so I can make it a bit more compact. The suction cups were packaged in such a way that they were permanently bent and therefore totally unusable. I could get other suction cups but that won't solve the other problems. The device itself is of terrible quality - uneven welds, it looks like they will soon fall apart. I've seen a lot of complaints about this product but that didn't stop me from buying it as I wasn't planning to Hang it on the shower pipe bracket. Firstly, there seems to be a lot of weight hanging from the pipes coming out of the wall, and also when it's on the back wall, water doesn't flow through it all the time. Ideal if you just want to store bottles. Problematic if you have small items. What I love is that it goes great with our hand shower. Plenty of room for cord, looks neat and clean and stays in place without deviating from the shower rod.
